STAFF

You and your guests deserve the highest quality service, so it is important that we provide adequate staff numbers.

Our staff charge is $35 per hour +GST for a chef and $25 per hour +GST for a waiting / bar staff person.

The number of staff needed is based on catering for 50 people as follows, providing bridal table service and tray service of beverages.

Finger food – 1 chef, 1 wait and 2 bar staff

Buffet – 1 chef, 2 wait and 2 bar staff

Served meals – 2 chefs, 4 wait and 2 bar staff

Once we discuss your full agenda, we can provide an estimated cost for this service.

HIRE

We can arrange all equipment hireage, staff and bar requirements.
