THINGS TO DISCUSS WITH YOUR CATERER
The length of time our staff are required is dependent on many factors including: formalities, whether set up and clean up is needed, if self-help bar service is preferred after food service is complete.
Whether finger food nibbles need to be considered due to the length of time from the arrival of your guests for the ceremony, until food is served.
The hire costs can vary significantly with each function dependent on many factors including:
- Venue facilities – kitchen equipment, hire items on hand
- Beverages being served and if for the duration of your function
- Additional items: cake table & cloth, cake knife, gift table & cloth, chair covers, audio & visual equipment, lectern
- Table setting and seating plan
- Delivery of beverages chilled
- Removal of non food rubbish
- If wedding cake is to be served and if any layer is to be kept
- Special dietary requirements
